No exchanges or substitutions of any kind will be accepted.
Queueing Process & Arrangement
排隊流程 | Queueing:
1. 交付訂金
2. 按照付款排隊順序選貓
3. 選定後簽定合同
4. 等待絕育
(本貓舍所有貓咪均需完成絕育後才去新家)
5. 絕育前支付餘下尾款
6. 絕育後待貓咪康復
7. 約1星期後左右
(或因應康復情況進度決定是否可提早接貓)
如果一胎次中沒有心儀貓咪 可延到下一胎次直到選中為止
1. Deposit payment to secure a spot
2. Select kitten based on payment queue order
3. Sign contract after selection
4. Wait for neutering
(All kittens from our cattery must be neutered/spayed before going to their new homes.)
5. Settle remaining balance before neutering
6. Wait for recovery after surgery
7. Kittens can go to their new homes approximately 1 week later.
(Timing may vary depending on recovery condition)
If no suitable kitten is available in a litter, your spot can be carried forward to the next litter until you make a selection.

小貓未出生及未滿3個月時只接受排隊預訂
我們會 按交付訂金的先後順序在小貓滿3個月左右 性格等都開始展示出來時給已排隊的家長優先選貓
Reservations are only accepted before kittens are born or under 3 months old.
Selection priority is given based on deposit order, with picking available when kittens reach around 3 months old and their personalities become more developed.
所有小貓的定價會根據國際協會如CFA/TICA等的品種標準基礎參考上細節例如:
眼睛形狀; 耳朵形狀; 耳間距離; 嘴套; 花紋
體格; 骨量; 毛色; 性格及血統等等的細節綜合定級定價
Pricing is determined based on international standards (e.g. CFA/TICA), considering factors such as eye shape, ear shape and placement, muzzle, pattern, body structure, bone density, coat color, temperament, and pedigree.
Visit Appointment Arrangement
為確保貓咪的健康及安全，本貓舍不設上門探訪。
您可透過視像通話、於貓展（如CFA/TICA/FFF）現場，或預約到本貓舍Studio與小貓互動，所有探訪均需提前預約安排。
如在探訪過程中出現任何不當行為，本貓舍有權即時終止探訪
For health and safety reasons, home visits are not available.
You may interact with the kittens via video call, at cat shows (CFA/TICA/FFF), or by appointment at our studio. Advance booking is required.
We reserve the right to end any visit if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
